International City Cost Guide - Vientiane - Laos

tefl.com has international citycost guide which is great information, though i dont know how accurate it is. But as long as I know how much the coffee, beer and housing is i could give a fuck about the cost of pears and flour. Vientiane and Buenos Aires--both high on my list of places to go and possibly live--both seem fairly affordable, which is good news for me. Because i would hate to go to those places just to be in the rat race.
